These terms are specific to Hartzell House Bed and Breakfast and do not apply to the Fernwalk Guest Cottage lease which is sent as a seperate document.

Reservations are required.
Deposit of one night's payment by check, Traveler's Cheque, or credit card is required to guarantee reservation. If paying by check, (please phone to complete your reservation) deposit should be received within 5 days of reservation request or room will revert to available status.
Cancellations must be received at least 7 days in advance of reserved date for return of deposit. If cancellation is received within 7 days of reserved date, return of deposit will be contingent upon our ability to re-book the room. All cancellations are subject to a $35.00 service fee.
If you are reserving 3 or more rooms a 50% deposit is required, and cancellations must be received at least 21 days in advance of reserved date for return of deposit unless we are able to rebook the accommodations.
Check-in is between 4:00pm and 9pm (we get up very early to ensure a scrumptious breakfast experience for you, so please allow us to get to bed at a reasonable hour!). Check-out is prior to 11:00am. Expanded hours may occasionally be accommodated if pre-arranged by phone no more than 48 hours before arrival.
All room rates are subject to state and local taxes.
Pets cannot be accommodated, although service animals are allowed in conjunction with accommodations in the Patriot's Suite.
Hartzell House is a smoke-free establishment; no smoking in the building or within 50' of windows or exterior doors. Evidence of smoking in the house may result in a $250 cleaning fee.
A safe is available for your valuables.
Hartzell House is in no manner child-proof, and unequipped for children.
