Policies
- Reservations are required.
- Deposit of one night's payment by check, money order, or Traveler's Cheque, is required
to guarantee reservation.
- Deposit should be received within 5 days of reservation request or room will revert to available status.
- Cancellations must be received at least 7 days in advance of reserved date for return of deposit.
- If cancellation is received within 7 days of reserved date, return of deposit will be contingent upon
our ability to re-book the room.
- All cancellations are subject to a $5.00 service fee.
- Check-in is between 4:00pm and 9pm, unless otherwise arranged, and check-out is 11:00am.
- All room rates are subject to state and local taxes.
- Pets cannot be accommodated.
- Hartzell House is a smoke-free establishment.
- A safe is available for your valuables.
- Hartzell House is in no manner child-proof, and unequipped for children.

- Hartzell House may be reserved in its entirety for small social events.
