Opening to Feel — Grief Retreat

 August 7–9, 2026

Guided by Melissa Angelini
Grief Educator & Grief Movement Guide

A space to step away, be supported, and spend time understanding your grief.

What This Is

This retreat offers space to slow down, be cared for, and spend time with your grief in a supported way.

There is no timeline for grief, and no expectation for where you should be in it.

There is no fixing here — only understanding, expression, and time to be.
