A space to step away, be supported, and spend time understanding your grief.
What This Is
You have been carrying this for a while now. Maybe you have tried to push through it. Maybe you have been waiting to feel better.
This weekend is for you — when you are ready to stop waiting and start understanding.
This retreat is a small, supported gathering for people who are ready to step away from the noise of everyday life and give themselves something they rarely get: time, space, and care.
There’s no timeline here. No expectation for where you should be in it.
There is no fixing here — only understanding, expression, and time to be.

- Two-night stay at Hartzell House
- Daily meals, thoughtfully prepared and shared together
- Gentle, guided practices to understand and express grief – in the body and in words – with tools you can take home.

You don’t have to keep carrying this alone.
Grief is not something to push through. It is something to understand. And when you do — everything shifts.
This weekend is here when you are ready.
